Festival Map

Navigating the festival is part of the fun, but a little planning goes a long way. Check out the festival map before you go to locate stages, shops, and attractions.

Location and Hours

The Florida Renaissance Festival is held in Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach, Florida, and runs on weekends only (Saturdays and Sundays) from February 7th to March 29th. Gates open at 10:00 a.m. and close at sunset.

Old Traditions, Modern Payments

The Florida Renaissance Festival is 100% cashless for the 2026 season. All ticket purchases and on-site transactions – including food, drinks, artisan vendors, games, rides, and parking, must be made using credit cards, debit cards, or supported mobile payment options. Cash will not be accepted for purchases anywhere on the festival grounds.

Tipping performers is still encouraged, but guests should plan ahead as there may not be an ATM available this year. Bring a card or mobile payment method that can be used for purchases throughout the day.

Moving to a cashless system allows the festival to reduce wait times, improve efficiency, and create a smoother, more secure experience for both guests and staff.

What to Wear

When it comes to dressing for the Florida Renaissance Festival, you have two main options: dress for comfort or go all out with a costume. Either way, you can always find themed clothing and accessories at the fair itself if you decide to get into the spirit once you’re there.

Comfort is key, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes. (No flip-flops today Floridians) Sneakers or boots with socks are your best bet for navigating uneven terrain and staying on your feet all day. Don’t forget sunscreen, whether you’re dressing up or keeping it casual. To stay cool under the Florida sun, consider bringing a small fan (battery-powered or an old-fashioned hand-held one), a cool mist bottle, or even an umbrella or parasol for portable shade.

If you’re planning to dress up, the possibilities are endless. While you have the freedom to wear whatever sparks your imagination, it’s also fun to match your costume to the festival’s themed weekends. Dressing to fit the theme adds an extra layer of authenticity to the experience.
